She Blooms: A breath, movement, and sound healing workshop designed for women to awaken and reconnect to your core, pelvic floor and feminine strength.
Led by Elizabeth Baltazar, Certified Personal Trainer | Pre & Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist | 200hr RYT | Reiki II Practitioner.
There was a time I didn’t know how to truly care for my body after becoming a mother. Even as a personal trainer, I felt disconnected — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. No one had taught me how to heal. So I began to study, practice, and listen deeply to the wisdom of the feminine body.
She Blooms is an offering that bloomed from that journey — a community space to remember our strength, reconnect with our bodies, and root down into wholeness.
This heart-centered workshop is for women to gently awaken and rebuild their core and pelvic floor through breathwork, mindful movement, strength, and soul connection.
Whether you are postpartum, prenatal, or navigating a new season of life, this class is curated to reconnect you to your body’s natural intelligence and reclaim your feminine power.
This space is especially supportive for women experiencing diastasis recti, prolapse, or pelvic floor dysfunction — conditions that are often misunderstood, overlooked, yet deeply impact how we move, heal, and relate to our bodies.

Extended for professionals: She Blooms isn’t just for personal healing — it’s also a rich learning space for movement professionals, yoga teachers, and wellness practitioners. If you support women through movement, this workshop offers practical tools, deeper anatomical understanding and approaches to core and pelvic floor health.
You'll gain insight into effective modifications, how to work with conditions like diastasis recti or prolapse, and how to hold space for women at all stages of life. Your presence is encouraged — come to reconnect, learn, and expand how you support others.

Propped-UP WORKSHOP
Join Yoga Lab teacher Jessica Klarmann on September 27th from 1–3 PM for a special workshop designed to elevate your power yoga practice through the effective use of props. Whether you’re looking to deepen your poses, refine alignment, or build strength with greater control, this session will provide practical tools to support your journey.
Perfect for all levels, you’ll leave with a stronger understanding of how props can bring more confidence, stability, and ease to your practice.
