Reiki Offering
Donation-Based Energy Healing Sessions
Take a moment to slow down, reset, and reconnect 🤍
Our Reiki Offerings presented by reiki master Vanessa Romero, are designed to give you a quick yet powerful energetic reset—whether you’re coming in before or after class, or simply carving out a few minutes for yourself. These 10-minute, one-on-one sessions support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall energetic balance.
Reiki works by supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Through light touch or hands-above techniques, energy is gently guided to help release tension, clear blockages, and bring the body back into a more grounded, calm state ✨ Even in a short session, many people feel a noticeable shift—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Sessions are donation-based and open to everyone—no prior experience needed. All you have to do is show up, lay down, and receive.
Offerings are available on Mondays (April 20th & 27th from 5–7pm) and Wednesdays (April 22nd & 29th from 6:30–7:30pm). Appointments are required, and space is limited to keep the experience intentional and unrushed.
If you’ve been feeling a little off, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a reset—this is your invitation to pause and take care of yourself 🌿

Emerging Waves – A 5Rhythms® Experience
Emerging Waves is a lightly guided 5Rhythms® class led by Teacher in Training Marbella Mondaca, under the mentorship of Kierra Foster-Ba and Masayo Benoist. This offering creates a supportive and intentional space for exploration, expression, and embodied movement.
In each class, you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms—Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness—with simple guidance that allows space for your own personal expression. Music serves as a central guide, supporting your journey through the Waves map while encouraging you to connect more deeply with your body and inner experience.
Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is practiced worldwide as a dynamic movement meditation, creative practice, and embodied philosophy. It is grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal. Through this practice, movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—offering space for release, insight, and presence.
This class welcomes every body, every background, and every level of experience. No prior movement or dance experience is needed—just a willingness to show up as you are.
Wherever 5Rhythms® is practiced, community naturally forms. Together, we move, breathe, and grow—supporting one another in authenticity, connection, and freedom.
Creativity. Connection. Community.
When: Friday, May 1st
Time: 7:30-9pm

5Rhythms Movement
Meet your facilitator: Marbella Mondaca
I am a 5Rhythms®️ Teacher in Training, mentored by Kierra Foster-Ba and Masayo Benoist. I am based between San Diego and Tijuana.
Movement and dance have always been part of my life. For as long as I can remember, I’ve loved dancing-whether it was staying on the dance floor until the nightclub doors closed or moving to the rhythm of drums all night under a full moon.
Dance has always made me feel free, alive, and deeply joyful.
I discovered 5Rhythms 8 years ago, this was after exploring Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing as pathways for inner connection. When I experienced the 5Rhythms wave I was in awe. Through this map, I was guided to places within myself I had never accessed through movement before.
My dance had been longing for this kind of soulful, healing connection.
5Rhythms map has supported me in moving through sadness, fear, and many other emotions, while continually guiding me back to my center and to self-compassion. It grounds me and helps me see the bigger picture.
As both a sensitive and independent woman, 5Rhythms has offered me a powerful container for healing, expression, and self-trust.
With deep humility and gratitude, I feel truly touched to be preparing to offer this medicine in service to the world.

MEet the fACILITATORS:
Vanessa Romero
Vanessa Romero is the inspiring founder of Soul Sanctuary, a collaborative vision with her co-creator, Katherine Wolff. Raised in San Diego, Vanessa’s journey has been shaped by resilience and transformation. Despite facing significant challenges, including the loss of her mother to addiction and experiences of trauma in her childhood, Vanessa has emerged as a beacon of hope and healing. From a young age, she cultivated a successful career as a hairstylist, starting at just 19 years old.
During this time, Vanessa also embarked on a powerful journey of self-discovery and healing, ultimately overcoming her own struggles with addiction. For the past decade, she has deepened her spiritual practice, becoming a certified Reiki practitioner four years ago. Vanessa is passionately dedicated to facilitating and empowering individuals on their paths to self-healing.
She believes in the importance of personalized approaches, guiding others to discover meditation practices that resonate with them and support their unique journeys.
For Vanessa, healing is a lifelong commitment and a profound journey rooted in the ultimate love of self and others. Her compassionate approach and commitment to transformation inspire those around her at Soul Sanctuary, as she helps individuals unlock their true potential and embrace their own practices of growth and renewal.
Alika Yarnell
The first time Alika was bathed in vibrations from a gong bath, her mind was transported to another dimension. Or that’s what it felt like. From then on, she was hooked on the other-worldly sounds from these high-vibe instruments. To further her practice, she earned her certifications in Sound Healing, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Nidra.
With a passion for the arts, Alika discovered sound baths help promote the grounding and clearing often needed when fostering creative projects—sometimes even providing new ideas and insights. She aims to share her growing collection of sound-healing tools to help others garner the wellness they seek: from deep relaxation to spiritual awakenings to creative ideas to emotional balancing and more.
In addition to sound healing and yoga, Alika can be found writing novels, volunteering at school book fairs, adding to her collections of mini perfume bottles and Pop Mart figurines, or hanging out with her family of three daughters, husband, and Boston Terrier.
Izzy Atkinson
Izzy Atkinson is a Pyramid Breath Method facilitator, trauma-informed coach, and space holder.
Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Izzy moved to California in the late summer of 2024. Izzy comes from a background in corporate America, focused on leadership development and project management, alongside over a decade in fitness and movement. She also served as President of The Soul Project, a nonprofit in Boston supporting women and young girls, and has spent the last 10 years holding space for others, much of that work centered on supporting women navigating eating disorder recovery, body image challenges, and mental health struggles.
Izzy’s journey into breathwork emerged through her own healing - after years of facilitating mental health meetups in Boston and deepening her work as a coach, she began to peel back layers of her own lived experience through grief, transition, trauma, and change. It was through this process that she first experienced the power of breathwork in her own body - as a way to regulate the nervous system, process emotions, and return to a felt sense of safety within herself.
During her transition to California, Izzy completed her breathwork teacher training - a period that coincided with one of the most challenging chapters of her life to date. Breathwork became a consistent practice of support and grounding as she moved through profound grief, heartbreak, and transformation, ultimately deepening her devotion to the work.
Today, she is dedicated to holding intentional, trauma-informed space for others to do the same. Her facilitation is also shaped by her creative work, including immersive breathwork experiences that integrate music, sound, and visualizations.
Alongside breathwork, Izzy is a creative director, artist, model, and podcast host, with a lifelong devotion to expression, storytelling, and human connection.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to helping others reconnect to their authenticity, and feel safe enough to fully express who they are.
