Taught by Ellen, who trained under Mimi Rieger in Washington, DC, this unique style is perfect for those with a strong yoga foundation.

Inversions workshop!

This mixed-level workshop is designed to deepen your inversion practice through focused exploration of headstand (Sirsasana A & B) and crow (Bakasana) variations. The session offers a blend of classical and creative shapes, playful transitions, and extended time upside down to build confidence and control.

You’ll work through drills to refine technique, develop core and shoulder strength, and understand the mechanics and energetics behind balancing on your hands and head. Modifications and progressions will be offered to keep the practice accessible, while also inviting you to challenge yourself through curiosity and play.

Whether you're looking to solidify the basics or expand into more advanced variations, this workshop provides the tools and support to elevate your inversion journey. Requests for additional inversions are always welcome!
