Power Flow 1 - All lEVELS

The focus is on the meditative flow of breath and movement. This set sequence provides a supportive environment where you can explore the foundations of Power Vinyasa Yoga at your own pace. The class is a set sequence. 

Modifications and variations of poses will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their comfort level. Heat is set between 90 - 95 degrees with humidity set between 25-40%. focus is on the meditative flow of breath and movement. Slightly heated also available in studio 2!

Power Flow 1.5 -iNTERMEDIATE

The focus is on the meditative flow of breath and movement. This class provides a supportive environment where you can explore the foundations of Power Vinyasa Yoga AND sprinkles of more challenging postures. Depending on the teacher, the pace may be increased. 

Modifications and variations of poses will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their comfort level. Heat is set between 95-101 degrees with humidity set between 25-40%.

Power Flow 2 -inTERMEDIATE/aDVANCED

The focus is on the meditative flow of breath and movement. This class welcomes exploration of heightened states of focus through challenging postures and depending on the teacher, increased pace of flow as well. 

Modifications and variations of poses will be offered to ensure that everyone can participate and progress at their comfort level. Heat is set between 95-101 degrees with humidity set between 25-45%.

Hot Fusion - For All Levels

Hot Fusion features static holds and offers a variety of mental, physical, hormonal, cardiovascular, and lymphatic benefits. This class will warm the muscles and help the body go deeper into the poses, challenging the use of your breath while balancing, strengthening the core, and stretching. Suitable for students of all levels who are ready to explore their physical/mental edge while nurturing their inner self. Heat is set between 103-105 degrees with humidity between 40-50%.

Yoga Sculpt - Intermediate/Advanced

A group exercise class that involves calorie-torching, high-intensity, and high-energy workouts with weights. It follows a similar skeleton to the power flow sequences, yet here, the focus is on strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system. An emphasis on safety and alignment helps our students get the most out of their practice and get a good sweat on. Heat is set between 90-95 degrees with humidity between 20-30%.

Hot 26 - For All Levels

A set of 26 postures designed to help fresh, oxygenated blood reach 100% of your body, to each organ and fiber, which helps restore all systems to healthy working order. This series is designed to scientifically warm and stretch muscles, ligaments, and tendons, in the order in which they should be stretched. Heat is set to 105 degrees with humidity at 50%.

Yin - All Levels (Non-Heated)

In this class, we embrace the passive nature of Yin Yoga to help you find stillness and inner calm. These poses are meant to get past the muscles to the deep connective tissues of the body to help stress the joints so as to increase their longevity. There is no heat or humidity. As you surrender into each pose, you will be guided to cultivate a meditative state of mind, creating space for introspection and self-awareness. 

Irest® Yoga Nidra - All Levels

(Non-Heated)

iRest Yoga Nidra is a guided relaxation practice that combines elements of mindfulness, deep relaxation, and self-inquiry. Developed by psychologist, yoga teacher & scholar Richard Miller, iRest stands for "Integrative Restoration". It is a contemporary adaptation of the ancient yogic practice of Yoga Nidra, which means "yogic sleep." 

Gentle, floor-based postures with a slow pace may be performed with an emphasis on calming the nervous system. After connecting with postures (Asana) & structured pranayama (breath work), we will be lying down in a comfortable position for at least 35 minutes of class to connect with iRest & sound bath. You are welcome to bring an eye pillow to support your experience.

Strength Circuit

- For All Levels (Non-Heated)

This circuit-style strength training, heart pumping, and rigorous workout will burn your muscles out and bring you quick results. An array of equipment such as battle ropes, TRX straps, resistance bands, slam balls, weights, and more will offer an invigorating full-body workout. Tennis shoes are required. No heat or humidity.

surge strength - ALl Levels

(Non-heated)

Surge Strength is a high-repetition, targeted weight training workout that will leave you feeling lean and strong! Muscle focused, high-rep strength training tracks, using dumbbells and your own bodyweight will strengthen, shape and tone every muscle in your body. Popular music driven highs and lows combined with a motivating group atmosphere will get your muscles surging to push you to your personal best. Feel the Surge!
