Elias Gallegos: Leadership Through Faith, Discipline & Service

Elias Gallegos is a pastor, public speaker, community leader, and 5th-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt whose life reflects transformation, resilience, and service. With more than 30 years of martial arts experience and over 15 years leading Gallegos Jiu-Jitsu HQ and the Alliance Eastlake Foundation, Elias has created a powerful environment where faith, discipline, and healing intersect. After beginning his career in the high-pressure world of private security and executive protection, Elias felt a deeper calling—to move from protecting lives in the moment to transforming lives for the long term. That calling led him into pastoral ministry, nonprofit leadership, and mentorship programs that empower individuals to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Through his work, Elias is impacting the community by providing:

  • World-class martial arts mentorship rooted in discipline, positional mastery, and mental toughness.

  • Men’s Life Groups that create safe spaces for men to address trauma, addiction, identity, and purpose.

  • Women’s identity groups and teen mentorship programs designed to cultivate future leaders.

  • Free training for law enforcement officers through 2025, supporting those who serve our communities.

  • Holistic wellness practices including martial arts, cold-plunge recovery, and small-group mentorship.

Elias’ leadership has earned recognition such as the KUSI San Diego “Community Leader” Award (2025) and the Chula Vista Champion Award, honoring his impact on mentorship, faith-based leadership, and community transformation.

His message is simple but powerful: no matter your past, transformation is possible. Through faith, discipline, and brotherhood, Elias Gallegos continues to raise a generation of leaders who live with courage, heal from trauma, and lead their communities with strength and purpose.
